Half time it was Cork 2-7 Tipperary 1-02 Tipperary scored the goal in the last min of the first half just to make the score board look right  . But Tipperary took over in the second half and brought the score down to two points with 5 min to go, only to lose the man of the match Paddy Dalton to a second yellow . This was a game Tipperary should have won but back to the old problem ,no show for the the first 20 min big finish
